> Travel Hub is a B2B platform that lets travel agencies, land operators, and OTAs plan, propose, and manage Japan tours using AI plus a curated supplier network. Operated by Shell System Corporation (Tokyo). Available in English and Japanese.

Travel Hub serves two distinct audiences:
- **English (https://travel-hub.co.jp/)**: international travel agencies and tour operators selling Japan packages, who need a Japan DMC / land operator without building Japan expertise in-house.

## What Travel Hub does

- **AI itinerary draft generation**: input group size, dates, budget and case type; receive multiple draft itineraries and estimates in seconds.
- **Integrated supplier network for Japan**: accommodations (hotels, ryokan), transportation (charter buses, private vehicles, JR group fares), experiences (cultural, culinary, traditional arts), and licensed interpreter guides.
- **Branded proposal PDFs**: one-click export with your logo, marked-up price, client name, language, and currency.
- **Booking & progress management**: quote requests, contracts, payments, escort/guide assignment, and trip prep tracked on a single dashboard.
- **Human specialist support**: complex requests are handled by Japan specialists inside the same chat thread.

## What Travel Hub does NOT do

- Travel Hub is **B2B only**. It does not sell tours to individual travelers.
- Travel Hub does **not** guarantee that the AI's first-choice supplier is always available; the platform proposes alternatives and the final inventory confirmation is performed by our staff.
- Travel Hub is **not a chat wrapper around a general LLM**. It uses an integrated Japan supplier inventory and human travel specialists.
